ABOUT ME

Hi, I'm Brad Livingston, a Physical Therapist of over 20 years, as well as a husband and father to my two amazing daughters.

My passion is helping people achieve their goals so they can live a limitless life.

One thing that sets me apart from most Physical Therapists is my extensive training and expertise in manual evaluation and treatment of joint mobility problems. That means if you have pain or stiffness in your back, neck, shoulders or hips, I am the one you want to see.

I also treat athletes that are eager to return to high-level competitive sports after an injury or surgery, parents who currently have physical limitations that are stopping them from being the best version of themselves for their families, and those who simply aren't in the shape they truly want to be in, but desire a real change.

Whatever is holding you back, it’s my mission to help you get there.

Since childhood, I was fascinated with the human body and how it moves. That interest continued to grow throughout my life and when I discovered physical therapy, I knew it was for me. Not just as a profession, but my calling.

I graduated from The University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in 2001 with a Masters Degree in Physical Therapy. Since then, I have helped countless patients in a variety of settings, including high-paced outpatient sports and orthopedic clinics, a neurologist and spine specialist practice, as well as in-home health. Additional certifications I've obtained have included Manual Therapy Certification (MTC) in 2004, Athletic Trainer Certification (ATC) in 2003, and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) in 1999.

Throughout my life, I have consistently been a physical competitor. During my youth, I participated in skateboarding at a competitive level, was involved in track, and played linebacker in football in both high school and college. I went on to coach football for many years at both the youth and high school levels. Today, I train and teach Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and am an avid deer and turkey hunter.
